Katherine Graber, PTA, originally from Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, enjoys working with people and anatomy. Her decision to become a physical therapist assistant allows her to help patients understand how the body works and how they can benefit from being active. She received her Associates of Applied Science degree from Riverside College of Health Careers in 2015.
Her treatment philosophy includes a hands on approach to helping patients have a better understanding of exercises and the manual techniques that will benefit them. This way of thinking is the reason why she appreciates working with a variety of ailments. She loves to see patients who are completely motivated to better themselves. “I find it rewarding to confidently say the patient may be discharged knowing they are doing better than they had before”, she says.
Katherine stays pretty active when she’s not in the clinic. She usually spends her time running, walking her dog, and being on the water. She also enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates.
