Lisa Cole, PT, DPT

Lisa Cole, PT, DPT takes the time to listen to her patients and sees them as more than their injury or diagnosis. She believes her patients should receive individualized treatment. She is especially interested in treating pelvic health and women’s health conditions such as pregnancy and postpartum issues, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain.

Lisa is a Virginia native who earned her B.S. in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech and her physical therapy degree from Duke University. She’s also taken the Pelvic 1 course through the APTA and Pelvic 2B through Herman and Wallace.

When Lisa isn’t in the clinic she enjoys spending time outside and with her pets.

Lisa holds a Direct Access Certification through the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy allowing her to evaluate and treat patients without a prescription. As part of your healthcare team, Lisa will make an assessment of your condition and create a plan to start you on the road to wellness.
