Laura’s treatment philosophy?
“Education, education, education! I love making sure that patients know exactly what’s going on with their bodies, particularly since Lymphedema is such an unsure disease. I also want to make sure they know that Lymphedema is not a life-threatening condition: it is highly manageable and should not consume their lives! I use humor and compassion with all of my patients to ease their minds and make the transition to this new phase of their lives in dealing with Lymphedema.”
