Richmond Tidewater Physical Therapy Clinicians to Present “Ask the Expert”

Ask the Physical Therapy Expert AdTidewater Physical Therapy’s own team of clinical directors – Carrie Chamberlain, Elizabeth Holster and Jim Miller – will be available at the YMCA – Atlee Station in Mechanicsville, Va. on April 23 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. to answer questions about injury prevention, sports assessments and rehabilitation.

Chamberlain, Holster and Miller are part of the “Ask the Expert” series at the YMCA.

The YMCA – Atlee Station is located at 8014 Rutland Center Blvd. in Mechanicsville.

All three clinicians are practicing physical therapists, hold doctorate degrees in physical therapy and run a Tidewater Physical Therapy clinic in the company’s Richmond region.

Chamberlain is the clinical director of Tidewater’s Kings Charter location on Charter Hill Court in Ashland, Va. Holster leads the Mechanicsville clinic in the Bell Creek Square Medical Center, and Miller oversees the Laburnum location on Laburnum Avenue.

Founded in 1986, Tidewater Physical Therapy is a physical therapist-owned, independent, outpatient physical therapy practice. Tidewater’s more than 30 clinics are located through Central and Southeastern Virginia. In 2011, Tidewater Physical Therapy expanded its services to include Tidewater Performance, offering personal and sports performance training for athletes and adults. There are two Performance Centers, located in Newport News and Gloucester.
