Kim Kovac, MS, PT, CHT is the hand and elbow specialist of Tidewater Physical Therapy’s Glen Allen office near Richmond.

Kim earned her Master of Science degree in Hand and Upper Extremity Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been a practicing physical therapist for more than 25 years and joined Tidewater Physical Therapy in 2005. 

Kim provides a variety of specialized hand therapy services including comprehensive hand and elbow evaluation and rehabilitation (surgical and non surgical); education and custom splinting for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; and a treatment of overuse injuries including tennis elbow. She is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists, an avid skier and, in her spare time, can be found watching her son playing baseball and basketball.
