PT Profile: Jason Bridges
Jason Bridges, MS, PT, is the Clinical Director for Tidewater Physical Therapy’s Glen Allen office near Richmond.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University.
He joined Tidewater Physical Therapy in 2002 and has since focused his practice on a variety of manual therapies, treating shoulder injuries and lower extremity injuries in runners. He is an Associate Clinical Professor for Virginia Commonwealth University and runs the Biomechanical Gait Analysis lab at the Glen Allen location.
The Glen Allen office offers comprehensive “hands on” physical therapy including certified hand therapy; orthopedic, work and sports rehab; and gait analysis.
Jason enjoys all sports and spending his free time with his wife and daughters. He describes himself as a “die hard” Hokie fan and an avid cook.
“It is crucial to analyze the entire kinetic chain when evaluating a patient’s dysfunction and utilize a balanced approach of manual therapy, exercise and neuromuscular retraining to achieve optimal outcomes.”
