PT Profile: Elizabeth Holster

Elizabeth Holster, DPTElizabeth Holster, PT, DPT, received a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. 

Today, Elizabeth is the Clinical Director of Tidewater Physical Therapy’s Mechanicsville location.

In addition to general orthopedics, Elizabeth has special interest in running analysis, rehabilitating dancers and sports injuries. 

She is trained in a number of manual therapy techniques specifically for lumbar and cervical spine, joint and soft tissue mobilization, and fall prevention and vMechanicsville physical therapy clinicestibular rehabilitation, which she subsequently created a program for.  In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, ballet and personal fitness. Elizabeth is also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
