Wayne A.
MacMasters, MS, PT,
is the president and founder of Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. Mr.
MacMasters, a practicing physical therapist, received an undergraduate
degree from the College of William & Mary and his physical therapy
degree from Duke University. In 1986, he opened the first Tidewater
Physical Therapy location and continues as Regional Director for the
organization's two Hampton offices. Additionally, Mr. MacMasters is the
president of MA Work Solutions, the Workers' Compensation consulting
service of Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc.

Jeffrey
C. Verhoef, PT, MBA,
received an undergraduate degree from Central College, Pella, Iowa, a
certificate in physical therapy from University of Iowa, and a Master of
Business Administration from the College of William & Mary. He joined
Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer in 1995 and
became a partner of the firm in 1998.

John A. Mitrovic, PT,
SCS, ATC, CSCS,
received an undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary, and
his post baccalaureate physical
therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University. He joined Tidewater
Physical Therapy, Inc. in 1988 as Regional Director of the Williamsburg
Centers and became a partner in 1994. Additionally, Mr. Mitrovic, a Vice
President with Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc., serves on the Sports
Medicine staff and as an adjunct instructor for the College of William &
Mary.

Steven J. Howell, MEd,
PT, ATC,
received an undergraduate degree from Washington State University, a
Master of Education in Athletic Training from the University of Virginia
and his physical therapy degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He
joined Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. in 1990 and became a partner in
1995. Mr. Howell, a Vice President of the organization, serves as the
Regional Director for our Oyster Point, Denbigh and Pilot House office
locations.

Debra Szalwinski,
PT, Cert. MDT,
received her
Physical Therapy degree from the Medical College of Va. in 1984, and
joined Tidewater Physical Therapy in 1990. She enjoyed her leadership
role as the Clinical Director of our Hidenwood office until 2006, at
which time she began the development of a Tidewater clinic in her home
town of Smithfield. Debbie developed Tidewater PT’s Lymphedema Programs
and continues to be a leader and valuable resource in this special
area. She is also a Certified MacKenzie therapist, thus specializing in
spinal conditions. Personal interests include gardening, exercising,
travel, and of course her 2 teenage daughters.

Donna S.
Abbott, PT, is a practicing physical therapist and
Director of On-Site Services for M A Work Solutions. For the past 10
years, her professional focus has been on industrial rehabilitation. Ms.
Abbott has worked with numerous companies in the design of programs to
prevent injuries and lower workers' compensation costs. Her areas of
expertise include on-site service development, customized safety and
education programs, job analysis, and transitional-duty design.

Marcia L. Miller, PT, CHT,is
the Clinical Director of our Williamsburg Hand Therapy Center. She
brings over a decade of physical degree from the University of Michigan,
Ann Arbor and received a Bachelor of Science certificate in
Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan Medical School. Ms.
Miller has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and
outpatient care and has served as a Clinical Instructor for the Veterans
Administration. Her last position was Supervisor of Physical Therapy at
the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Falls Church, Virginia.

Natalie
Conway, PT, OCS, ATC
is
currently Clinical Director at both the Gloucester Courthouse and the
Gloucester Point locations. She received both her Bachelor of
Science/Athletic Training certification (1988) and her Master of
Physical Therapy degree (1991) from the Slippery Rock University of
Pennsylvania. A Physical Therapist with Tidewater since 1992, she has
been certified as an orthopedic specialist by the APTA board of
specialists since 1998. Her personal interests include spending time
with extended family and coaching gymnastics.

Lindsay
Gray, MS, PT, Cert. MDT, is the Clinical
Director of the Executive Drive office in Hampton. Ms. Gray received her
undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her Masters of
Science-Physical Therapy degree from Old Dominion University. She has
worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient
environments, as well as in home health and academic research settings.

Beth Richardson,
MHEd, PT, CHT
who is a
certified hand therapist, received a bachelor of science in physical
therapy, and a master of health education in physical therapy. She has
been a practicing physical therapist since 1981 and has specialized in
hand therapy since 1984. Additionally, Ms. Richardson has served on the
faculty of the college of Health Sciences, at the Medical University of
South Carolina.
As a certified hand therapist, she is one of a limited number of
physical therapists who are certified as a hand therapist by the
American Society of Hand Therapists.

Virginia J.
Benziane, MSPT, OCS, ATC,
a Virginia native, earned a bachelor of science in kinesiology from the
College of William & Mary and a master of science degree in physical
therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. She is a board-certified
orthopedic clinical specialist as well as a certified athletic trainer
and has served as adjunct faculty for the
Kinesiology Department at the College of William & Mary. Ginger, who has
worked with Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. since 1995, has special
treatment interest in manual therapy, treating sports injuries, and
cancer patients.

Kevin Dintino, PT
Mr. Dintino has treated patients throughout the
greater Richmond area for more than 14 years. He is a 1989 graduate of the
University of Toledo and over the years
has enjoyed helping everyone from the ‘weekend
warrior’ to members of the Ohio Ballet, Richmond Braves and the Richmond
Renegades return to the activities they value. His outside interests
include cycling and hiking.

Julie
Anuskiewicz, MPT, CSCS, ATC,
earned her undergraduate and Master of Physical Therapy from Saint
Francis University, Loretto PA. Julie treats patients at the
Tidewater Medical Center where she utilizes her foundation and
certifications in athletic training, strength and conditioning and
Pilates to treat the functional limitations associated with
musculoskeletal disease and injury. In her spare time, Julie enjoys
athletic activities and working out at the gym, spending time with
friends, and flying home to Pittsburgh, PA to visit her family.

Brian Beaulieu, MPT
Is a 1999 graduate of Old
Dominion University. Over the past 5 years he has provided outpatient
physical therapy in Virginia Beach. Brian specializes in sports injuries
and shoulder/scapular dysfunction. An avid outdoorsman, his interests
include scuba diving, kayaking, and hiking. Brian is also an active
competitor in triathlons throughout the region.

Greg Bashor, MPT
For
more than 11 years, Greg Bashor has provided physical rehabilitation
services in a variety of settings. He earned his undergraduate degree in
1992 from NC State and his master of physical therapy degree from East
Carolina University. While at NC State, Greg represented the Wolfpack as
a four-year, varsity, division one swimmer. His participation in
this demanding sport led to his special interest in the evaluation and
treatment of spine and shoulder dysfunction. In his spare time,
Greg
enjoys golf, mountain biking, and NC State sports!

Ashley C. Forrest, MSPT
Ashley
received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia
and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of
Virginia. In the rehabilitation field for 6 years, she has worked in both
inpatient and outpatient settings throughout Virginia, as well as North
Carolina. Ashley, who has been with Tidewater Physical Therapy since 2001,
provides comprehensive physical therapy services with a special emphasis on
diagnosis and treatment of the spine

Sandy
Trevillian, PT
earned her BSPT from Virginia Commonwealth University and Medical College of
Virginia. She has 21 years of experience providing physical therapy in both
in-patient and out-patient settings. Her focus for many years has been
women’s health with advanced training in incontinence and pelvic pain
disorders. In addition, Sandy has a special interest in treatment of
cervical and lumbar spine as well as foot and ankle pain and dysfunction.
Ms. Trevillian is the new Clinical Director at the Western Branch office in
Chesapeake. |

April
Lovering-Page, PT,
is a 1980 Graduate of the Medical College of Virginia. For more than 25
years, she has treated patients throughout the greater Richmond area in both
acute care and outpatient settings.
Ms. Page specializes in comprehensive physical therapy services to a wide
variety of patients. Pediatric through geriatric patients benefit from her
many years of experience and commitment to an individualized “hands-on”
approach.
April’s outside interests include spending time with family, gardening,
running and personal fitness and attending her son’s many sporting events.
