Clinical Director
Christopher Keeler, MS, PT, ATC received his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from West Chester University in Pennsylvania in 1991 and his Master's of Physical Therapy degree from Old Dominion Univeristy in 2000. Chris has worked in several leading outpatient sports medicine clinics serving the greater Richmond area as an Athletic Trainer and as a Physical Therapist for more than ten years. He has a special interest in treating sports related injuries.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys personal fitness, boating and recreational sports including basketball and golf.
Chris is the Clinical Director at the King's Charter location of Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc.
Elliott Skorupa, MSEP, CDE brings 20 years of experience in providing Functional Capacity Evaluations and Impairment Ratings to the Richmond area. Elliot prides himself on using research-based methodologies and providing objective information pertaining to an individual’s ability to perform activities of daily life and work. In 1998, Elliot won the Robert W. Sandell D.C. CDE Certification Award when he earned the Certified Disability Evaluation professional credential. This award is given to the person whose certification exam exceeds all others in quality, thoroughness and demonstration of knowledge.
He enjoys woodworking, golf, and building and flying radio controlled aircraft.
