Natalie Conway, MPT, ATC,OCS, is the Clinical Director of the Gloucester office. Ms. Conway has worked in the health care field for over a decade. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health and her Master of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. A Peninsula resident since 1991, Ms. Conway has been a Physical Therapist with Tidewater Physical Therapy Inc. for over ten years. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and offers comprehensive physical therapy services.

Karen Kovacs, MPT, received her undergraduate degree in education from Christopher Newport University in 1988. She taught for 11 years in both public and private schools. In 2001, Ms. Kovacs completed the Master of Physical Therapy program at Midwestern University. She has been practicing physical therapy for 4 years, primarily in outpatient orthopedics working with both children and adults. Karen joined Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. in 2004 when she relocated to Gloucester to be closer to family and to work in a smaller, closer-knit community. In her free time, Karen enjoys running and biking. She also volunteers at the Gloucester-Mathews Free Clinic.
