In addition to our therapeutic pool, the Tidewater Aquatic Rehabilitation Centers offer a full line of isotonic and isokinetic strengthening equipment, including Biodex and Magnum machines to further the patient's recovery.

Coordination with the Patient's Physician

A referral from the patient's physician is required for physical therapy. We participate with most major health insurance and health maintenance organization (HMO) plans.

Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. provides status reports to the referring physician to communicate the patient's progress throughout the treatment process.
