Todd DeForest earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management from Christopher Newport University in 1999. Since that time he has focused his professional development on specialized strength and conditioning for athletes of all ages and abilities and post-rehabilitation training for individuals seeking to maintain an injury-free lifestyle.

Todd successfully combines his knowledge and experience in rehabilitation along with his education and expertise to identify functional weakness, correct muscle imbalances and refine sports-specific movements. Individuals, outdoorsmen and athletes of all ages benefit from programs focusing on:
