Together with Donna Abbott, PT, Mr. MacMasters has been recognized by both the medical community and employers alike for their combined expertise in work injury management and customized injury prevention and injury management systems to help employers win the battle for a healthy, productive work force and reduce the impact of work injuries to their organizations.
Our goal at Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. is to assist physicians and case managers return injured workers back to the workplace safely. We accomplish this by offering extensive functional testing, patient and job specific rehabilitation and impairment ratings work-ups for better case management.
Customized rehabilitation programs provide injured workers with job specific strengthening, positional tolerance training, material handling progression and job specific body mechanics training to restore function and give injured workers the confidence that they can return quickly and safely to their jobs.
