The Tidewater Aquatic Rehabilitation Centers are located within our Executive Drive, Hampton and Williamsburg Locations. The centers, with specially designed state-of-the-art pools, are designated specifically for aquatic physical therapy techniques. Aquatic therapy is especially effective for post-operative and "pain-sensitive" patients, individuals with prior mobility limitations, or others with persistent conditions.
A customized treatment program is designed by our physical therapists to meet the specific treatment needs of each patient.

Coordination with the Patient's Physician
A referral from the patient's physician is required for physical therapy. We participate with most major health insurance and health maintenance organization (HMO) plans.
Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. provides status reports to the referring physician to communicate the patient's progress throughout the treatment process.
