Elizabeth Holster, DPT, Clinical Director

Elizabeth Holster, PT, DPT received a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. In addition to general orthopedics, Elizabeth has a special interest in running analysis, rehabilitating dancers and sports injuries. She is trained in a number of manual therapy techniques specifically for lumbar and cervical spine, as well as, joint and soft tissue mobilization. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, ballet and personal fitness. Elizabeth is the Clinical Director for the Mechanicsville office and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
