Steven J. Howell, Med, PT, ATC, received an undergraduate degree from Washington State University, a Master of Education in Athletic Training from the University of Virginia and his physical therapy degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He joined Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. in 1990 and became a partner in 1995. Mr. Howell, a Vice President of the organization, serves as the Regional Director for the Oyster Point, Denbigh, and Tidewater Medical Center office locations.
