Ashley Forrest, MS, PT, received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia.  She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings throughout Virginia, as well as North Carolina. Ashley is trained in the internationally recognized McKenzie Method of mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine. She specializes in an exercise based functional treatment approach utilizing a variety of manual treatment interventions to help patients achieve their goals. 

Ms. Forrest joined Tidewater Physical Therapy in 2001 and is Clinical Director for the Denbigh office located in Newport News.
